Ribbed cone, carbide point
The ribbed grip narrows to a tungsten-carbide ball seat, held to a tighter tolerance than a standard bic-style tip so the line stays consistent under pressure, not just on a fresh page.
Vulcanized grip pad
An oval pad of vulcanized rubber sits exactly where a thumb lands after twenty minutes of writing — not where a render looks good. It doesn't harden or go slick with heat.
Brushed 316 barrel
Solid 316 stainless, brushed lengthwise so fingerprints and pocket scuffs don't show. It's the reason this pen weighs what it weighs, and outlives the plastic pens it's replacing.

Why the spec sheet, not a lifestyle shot
Most pens are sold on how they look in a flat-lay. This one is sold on tolerances, because that's what you're actually paying for — a barrel that won't dent in a bag, a grip that won't peel, a tip ground to write the same line at month eighteen as it did on day one.
Every FERRO EDC-01 is inspected individually before it ships. If yours doesn't meet the spec above, we replace it — no receipt needed.
